Wooden CD Boxes are made of birch which is kind of hard wood grow in north part of China. Inside and outside of cd box is varnish  finish, each cd box has its unique beautiful wooden patterns. CD box is in outer  size of 16x16x2cm. CD box is hinged lid type, it is  installed with two hidden column hinges, there is also groove in front for open the box. Inner parts of  cd box sanded smooth by hand then painted, there will be no scratch to cd. Round groove cut to hold cd in right place. Company logo can be print, heat burn or laser cut on top of lid.
Each wooden cd box will be packed in a white card box then to master carton, custom design cd boxes and dvd boxes can be also supplied.
